Electric Vehicle Charging 
The Shell App now supports EV drivers! Drivers using the Shell App can select the EV option to access the Shell Recharge network. The Shell App allows EV drivers to locate the nearest charger, check the station’s charging status, start/stop charging, and easily make in-app payments.

The app works great. Love that I can link my different rewards cards as well as pay for gas through the app. The ONE thing they need to fix is this: I have a care wash subscription, yet every time I pay for fuel in app, it tried to sell me an individual car wash. Please disable this pop-up for car wash subscription customers. I have almost accidentally purchased a car wash more than once. Aside from that, it’s perfect. Will update to 5-star when this is fixed.

My front bumper is literally touching the entrance of the Tsawwassen Shell car wash and the app would say that the car "is not close enough". I would have to shake my phone inside the car like it is a maraca to get the app to see that the car is in fact in front of the car wash entrance and that the car wash is ready to be activated.

Let me tell you first if you are a subscriber here use their touchless only don’t use their station where is not touchless as brushes are so aggressive. Secondly, this up is lots of bugs. I get stupid messages all the time such as you have no car wash subscription you use the car wash for today. You are not closed enough and so on and so forth. But other than that, I realize their touchless cleans the car very well.

Addendum: You need to fix your ‘Live Chat’ in your app. No matter what day, or time of the day it is, it constantly shows as ‘We are closed at the moment’.
I have an issue to discuss with someone, and am unable to get in touch with anyone.

Hi. I just started using your app, but I see with your most recent update, that it will work on an iPhone with iOS 17+. You will lose many previous loyal users that love their older iPhone, or just can’t afford to purchase a new cell. Don’t do it….PC Optimum has lost many previous users because of that requirement. Think about ways to INCREASE your customer base, not reduce it. Their rating is currently sitting at 3.1 ⭐️….do you want to decrease to that rating level???

Ever since they made some update I cannot login to my account. It says account is registered in another region. Yes I had an account in the United States before but now I live in Canada. And the account used to work in Canada just fine. Now I cannot even login unlink my rewards accounts. Why can’t the same email have accounts in multiple regions??

I've called Scene many times, & they always say my Scene pts account is up-to-date, active & everything fine. Rather, it's Shell's app for not working properly w/ the Scene pts redemptions, & their cashiers don't even allow us to redeem for gas in-store (only on in-store purchases), which is INSANE to me. Been to 3 diff Shell locations, & NONE properly redeem even after restarting my phone, reinstalling this app, & following ALL the in-app prompts w/ NO error msg showing up, just my credit card being billed in the very end. AND Shell customer service lies--they never emailed me back on my case, AND it's been a week since I called to complain. After 5 different transactions @ different Shell locations, Scene pts redemptions NO longer work on gas. What a scam.
