I guess they haven’t heard of Face ID at Shell yet. I have avoided Shell for years just because how unfriendly they user interface is, but now the competing gas station across the street is closed for repairs. It would be probably faster to drive a couple of miles out of my way to get us up. The app constantly logs out. When you log back in you have to go through all the first time login nonsense again. Everything but the gasoline should be removed from the app. I want this app to pay for gasoline from my warm car with Apple Pay, and nothing else. I don’t want any snacks or other nonsense. Most of them don’t work. Sometimes they tell you to log in on the app, which doesn’t work half the time. Today, I tried logging in and it tried to verify I’m a human for 10 minutes and I went through at least 20-30 image verifications. Finally, it made me look for bicycles for the last 5 minutes after which it says my password is wrong. After trying to reset the password, the app says there’s a technical error with the server. Businesses and owners - please DONT bother with Shell Recharge. It’s a frustrating failure and is waste of a parking space. Take the booth down or don’t install it to begin with. I’ve tried these throughout the mid Atlantic and northeast and they work maybe 10% of the time. Fix this problem" Everytime i open the app signs me out, then it asks you to choose pictures for security purposes and everytime you click verification says you clicked wrong picture.
