Makes you sign in again every time you pump, with a slow frustrating sign in process including silly captcha pictures you can barely see, all while the gas attendant waits and the libe behind you grows. I guess they haven’t heard of Face ID at Shell yet. I have avoided Shell for years just because how unfriendly they user interface is, but now the competing gas station across the street is closed for repairs. It would be probably faster to drive a couple of miles out of my way to get us up. When I went to use it again. It had me do all this extra steps then it said I couldn’t log cause my password was incorrect.
