## Shiftbase Description
ONLINE PERSONEELSPLANNING EN URENREGISTRATIE

Voor het gebruik van deze app is een Shiftbase account vereist.

Shiftbase is online software voor het maken van werkroosters en het bijhouden van urenregistraties. Met onze software maakt u sneller en eenvoudiger goede werkroosters en heeft u meer grip op de loonkosten. Doordat alle informatie online staat, is er één centrale plek waar medewerkers op kunnen inloggen om hun gegevens in te zien.
Bedrijven van over de hele wereld maken gebruik van Shiftbase.

Functionaliteiten in de app:

PERSONEELSPLANNING
- Werkroosters bekijken, maar ook roosterwijzigingen doorvoeren;
- Onderling diensten ruilen (eventueel met goedkeuring van de planner);
- Open diensten accepteren/afwijzen;
- Beschikbaarheid opgeven;

URENREGISTRATIE
- Gewerkte uren handmatig registreren;
- Gewerkte uren klokken (op basis van locatie en/of ip adressen);
- Automatisch op basis van het rooster;

PERSONEELSADMINISTRATIE
- Verlof aanvragen;
- Plus- en minuren inzien;
- Nieuwsberichten bekijken en reacties plaatsen;

ALGEMEEN
- Instellingen beheren (zoals toegangsrechten, locaties en afwezigheid types);
