Please tell me why when I try to look at my usage you lock me out of the account for 24 hours? It’s not incorrect password or anything. How ridiculous

Would give it zero stars if I could. Can’t reconnect dongle to wifi and now the app is telling me my user name and plant no longer exist. Brilliant.

Worked for the first two days then stopped. I hope the inverter works better than the app

With the most recent update still not working. The app has been broken for a while now where I don’t know what my system is doing and it crashes. The app has not been working for 3 months now.

Stopped working don’t bother buying a Growatt inverter the support is non existent they can’t even get their app to work regret buying one

Update Tin01 to the rescue, uninstalled and reinstalled and my app is working again!! Is anyone caring and attempting to do something about the app no longer working? Poor form Shineapp

Doesn’t work

I tried to connect the inverter with my phone but never connected. Tried everything

App is now broken. It shows 0 output from the solar panels. But accessing the information through the web interface still works properly. UPDATE. THANKS TO TIN_01 it is now working. Just uninstall the app and reinstall it. 👏😃
