I came across this app after watching a youtube influencer video and thought I’d give it a shot. Its simplistic design and ease of use is great. Very easy to find the card and keep track of your collection. Also you can input the cost you paid for the card and it keeps track of the value based off of 3rd party marketplaces. Great app to keep your TCG collection up to date and track values.

I ran into a slight issue where my account's data got wiped when clearing the cache from it without creating a login upon its initial download, so I ended up losing all my data. Again, entirely my fault. Anyways, I was really bummed but I contacted Cody (the founder) and we got the issue resolved and literally 45 minutes! I was amazed by the timeliness and efficiency!! Then again, don't rely on not making an account and hoping for the best in getting your data back, I had most of my collection logged, so we were able to resolve the issue.

### ***** "The customer service IS OUT OF THIS WORLD! THE BEST EVER!"
So, initially I set up the app with the wrong email. And I was really disappointed because I wasn’t able to change it. On a Saturday night at 9 PM I emailed shiny. lo and behold about 30 minutes later they emailed me back explaining the situation.

Basically, I was able to make a new account with the correct email and they transferred everything from the broken email to my new email. Barely lifted a finger did all within a span of a few minutes. Now that’s customer service!

In a world of customer service were seven business days. Response time is normal. This is absolutely fantastic and outstanding! I will definitely recommend this on my YouTube channel as well!
