Still waiting for them to ship my parcels since December 2022. Its almost April now

Avoid this service like the Plague! I have pending shipments since December 2022, and their statuses (“preparing for shipment”) have NOT changed FOR MONTHS (it’s now March 2023). Don’t believe their advisories that their service has gotten better. It’s not. They probably have only 1-3 employees there in Oregon! Customer service is dismal, extremely poor; a waste of time as they will just give you copy-pasted materials you probably have read before in their FAQs or advisories! Use KangoExpress instead! It takes 5-15 days only, and no sales tax, too!

I used this service for packages I had delivered in DECEMBER! I STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM. All they tell you is they do not have an estimated time! NEVER USE THIS!! THIS IS A SCAM

None of our packages sent to their Oregon warehouse has been shipped to us.

Its been 3 months and no movement on my parcels. No response from customer service for a month now.

Have 4 packages using shipping cart. 2 have been delivered (2 month waiting), 1 is pending (1 month waiting), and 1 has been pending for more than 3 months — I think it is lost but they are not confirming or giving any proper update. Definitely DO NOT USE

Extremely bad customer service. No actual results even after months of promises. Downplayed the mess in Oregon and always prioritizing costs on their end rather than paying OT to their staff to fix their mess.

User beware. They don't care about you, the customer!

Don’t use their Oregon warehouse if you’re planning to buy something in the US. Go find an alternative freight service.
