## Shoffr Description
Welcome to Shoffr, the gold standard of rides that's currently operational in Bangalore and Delhi.

We started Shoffr in November 2022 with the dual objectives of building a great & reliable service that we'd love to use ourselves. Shoffr has an all-electric fleet of BYD cars, drivers who are professionally trained and don't talk on the phone, and human support in case you face any issues. Each Shoffr car is also fitted with dashcams, GPS, and N-95 filters for your safety and well-being.

We can't really change city traffic, but we promise to make it more comfortable & peaceful for you! Shoffr currently offers 3 broad services in Delhi NCR and Bangalore:

- Airport Transfers - available for pick-up to/from anywhere in the city
- City Rentals - you can book Shoffr cars for any purpose, starting from 2hrs and with unlimited kms within city limits
- Outstations: we serve all destinations within a 450km radius, and for other locations Shoffr can create customised itineraries

Things guests love about Shoffr:

- Shoffr is the only ride-hailing service that is officially pet-friendly
- Each car is stocked with water bottles, candies, and newspapers
- Drivers are incentivised only on feedbacks & good behaviour - not on revenue
- We don't spam you, ever :)

The love we've received from individual consumers like yourself, has also enabled us to bring the Shoffr experience to corporates and events. 100+ corporates like Zerodha, CRED, Burberry, Naukri.com, etc. use Shoffr for their official corporate travel. Shoffr has also provided guest transportation for 75+ weddings - and works closely with families and planners to make the occasion even more special!

Shoffr doesn't do any marketing and has grown only via word-of-mouth - and in 3 years, we've already completed more than 3 lakh rides. In case you haven't already, experience the gold standard of rides!

What’s new inside

Yes, we know our app experience needed an upgrade. For the longest time, we had a website wrapper moonlighting as an app - but we’ve finally built a seamless native app experience!

- Directly make payments via already installed UPI apps
- Fixed session logouts and drops
- Use your current location and move pin to select pick-up/drop points
- Track your rides live using Google Maps
- Fixed issues with downloading invoices and calling drivers/support

Been using shoffr for over a month for in-city trips, I’ve had a good experience. Communication with the custor service/Whatsapp Chatbot is very convenient and the staff is also responsive. For the price, the services offered are far superior to other cabs ive been in. Cancellation policy and coordination is strictly adhered as well, with refund options if ride gets cancelled. Finally, the drivers are good as well. Would recommend

Shoffr was a very good service once but now it has become pathetic. I had booked a cab for airport drop 5 days in advance. For the pickup time of 5.45 am the cab at 5.30 am was 1 hour 10 minutes away from pickup point. No customer service was available.  No social media presence as well. Very unreliable service and if they cannot support airport drops then they should just stop the service and not miss sell. Better to change tag line from Gold Standard to Zero Standard.

The only premium aspect of this service is the cars.

Everything else falls far below the standard you’d expect. Pickups are delayed, the drivers often lack the professionalism and etiquette expected of a premium chauffeur service, and some come across as intimidating rather than courteous. To make matters worse - customer support is dismissive and rude, showing little interest in resolving issues.

For a company that markets itself as a premium service, the overall experience is consistently disappointing.
