Shoffr: premium EV cabs

They cancel 10mins before your airport pickup/ drop despite taking full payment in advance. You have no option but to search for other cab options last minute

There are never any cars available, and I keep seeing the same message about adding more cars to the fleet. It’s frustrating and unreliable, so I’ve stopped recommending this app to my colleagues.

Shoffr has become my top choice for Airport pickup and drops. They offer an experience unmatched with what I used to get from Uber, Ola or other cab services. They have been on time for all the rides I booked. The car is mostly very clean and premium. They make sure the customer has got their luggages loaded by the driver, water bottles are offered, and they also have candies and some reading materials as well. The things I would suggest improving is to ensure that the customer felt clean about the car (mostly its cleaned in outside, but I could find cabs in airport with outside not washed and dusty). You’re anyway ensuring other things from customers at the end of a ride.

Services have reduced substantially and to unacceptable levels. Many of my airport drops and pickups were either delayed or even cancelled. I almost missed my flight once. Customer service won’t pickup the phone when called.

Review for Shoffr Cab Service: If I could give zero stars, I would. Shoffr Cab Service is an absolute disaster! I had a cab scheduled to take me to the airport, and just 10 minutes before the scheduled time, they cancelled my booking, citing some vague “issue.” No explanation, no real apology, just a careless “we’ll arrange another cab in 40 minutes.” Are you serious? 40 minutes?! I had a flight to catch, and they couldn’t care less if I missed it. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. They clearly don’t understand the importance of punctuality, especially when it comes to airport drops. If you’re looking for reliability, do not use Shoffr. They will leave you stranded and shrug it off as if it’s no big deal. Never again.

I booked my ride to airport 5 days in advance and it was cancelled one hour before the scheduled trip. Even local cab drivers are more reliable than this service provider. So don’t even try this. -10 rating. I wish they shut down soon and no one else gets to experience the trouble which I had to face.

Everything stays fine till 10 mins before the ride start. Driver says its fine 60 mins before the ride and current location shows 1 km away. In last 10 mins stops picking call and no movement from previous location. Shoffr sends automated SMS about logistics issue asking to book alternative if urgent. Driver picks up after pickup time is over and says was cleaning the car. But again never moves or picks call. Luckily i booked with sufficient buffer and took a Uber. I see many reviews with the same experience. Stay away from Shoffr if you have an important trip.

I have always used Shoffr for my airport trips and never faced any problems till now. Would love to recommend to people.

Booked a service to the airport days in advance. Tracked the driver at pick up time only to find him 45mins away from me. I would miss the flight. The driver told me to cancel. Their customer support couldn’t get me another ride. All in all lousy. Have uninstalled
