Love the shop app always know where my packages are and when there delivered

I’m unsure why I have this app but it’s useless. I receive all my notifications from Australia post or other providers on average, 3 hours before any notifications from shop come through. Each time I check out online I’m forced to use it but it ads an additional step and more complexity to the checkout process. All in all I find it annoying and redundant

I think this app has actually correctly tracked maybe one packages I’ve ever ordered and I almost only shop online. It’s incredibly annoying how many sites direct you to them to get shipping info otherwise there’s no other way of getting it apparently and then it barely works. Writing this because I just had to go mark off about six packages that arrived last week and still say in the app nearly ready to be sent or in transit or order received. I hope to god this app gets better because it become a necessity unfortunately

I was happy to purchase a car dash Matt from “ the car defend “ on the 1st January and the order never showed up and then disappeared completely from the shop app - there’s no way of contacting anyone to help in the shop app to find the missing purchases, I’ve emailed the seller and no response

Disappointed in this app. Buying from stores using the same currency still gets hit with a foreign conversion fee & the site apparently lets anyone advertise - legitimate or not.

This is a great dash cam I have both front and rear cameras and the picture quality is outstanding easy to use and easy to download footage can sometimes be a bit slow to connect to wifi

I don’t know why I bothered with this app as it was useless. As well as no updates on my delivery I had no response x2 to my queries

Probably one of the worst apps I've had to use - little to no UX BUT the worst part is all the shipping info is out of date. It never has up to date information often saying items I've already had delivered are "being packed". None of it makes any sense or adds any value to a receiver. Constantly out of date

This app is rubbish, it won’t let me replace my card.
