Beautifull healthy plants,impecable delivery,even thoug plants traveled for about a week,it was a long distance for them.

The notifications are a bit delayed and partially incorrect. Still better than nothing, I guess. It was only hours after I had already picked up the package from the post office that I got an app notification that the item had been “delivered” several hours previously, which is technically incorrect, as it had not in fact been delivered to me at that time, but had been transported to the post office, which is a different thing altogether. There was another incorrect piece of information: it says there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt in one of the previous days, which did not happen in reality. What happened was that the postal worker left a notice in my mailbox that I should pick up the package from the post office. This doesn’t constitute a delivery attempt.

If there is an option for a zero star i would have given it and reward it to this app! the poorest out of all customer service.

Todavía estoy esperando el reembolso parcial que me ofrecieron. Por otra parte, ellos no te brindan ningún tipo de etiqueta para poder devolver (libre de costos) los productos que no te quedan como la mayoría de las compañías que venden online. También se tardó mucho para que los productos que pedí me llegaran a mi casa.
