This is truly a must have for all online shoppers. So easy to track all your packages and follow your favorite brands.

The service is excellent I love it

I just downloaded this app and I thought, wow a central place for all these small brands I like, so great!… but the explore function does not offer to type in what brands you want to follow, which makes this entire effort useless. I don’t want an app that wastes my time by trying to make me scroll until I find what I am looking for. This is so basic, please be more user obsessed.

Every shop should have shipping notifications from them.. up to date and on time and international!!!

The look and feel is great, but the tracking usually lags behind a day or so and one delivery never got updated. There is also no way to manually force an tracking data update (what literally every other tracking app offers). Given this is the one thing the app should do right, this is disappointing!
