I tried to participate with in their 15% off promo in using their app, the code was not recognized too. You are better off just browsing their site on your device.

Their business needs a lot of work before they release a shopping app. Seems like being capable of the shopping part should be a prerequisite. Super slow shipping, no customer service, so they released an app instead.
