App is complicated and not straightforward. I am trying to create shortcut on my dad phone to call people. You need to set the name (why not suggest the call bract name!?!?!) you need to assign picture (why not take it from the contact????) and make it a shortcut on Home Screen shows as small icon … big disappointment
