As soon as you download the app, you have to purchase a subscripition, you can’t even try the app, before you pay. In addition to that, almost 40.000 HUF yearly is way too much for exercises that you could look up on the internet for free… But i did not use the app, so maybe it could be worth it for someone… Sry if that was too harsh, but you should make a free version, or grant a free week maybe, a lot more people would use it, when they would see that it works for sure.

Love the app but after the latest update the beeping sound at the end of exercises does not work properly.

I got the app as part of a promotion so i didn’t spend too much money on it, i definitely don’t think it’s worth £10-15 a month currently. It could be much better if a few issues were fixed: 1. At home workouts requiring too much equipment- sliders, yoga blocks, ankle weights, dumbells etc which is unrealistic to always have on hand. Needs to be more no equipment workouts 2. When you want to browse the workout section, not all the workouts on the app are present. To find the full spectrum you have to go via the different guides which is really time consuming 3. Supersets & trisets in gym workouts that combine exercises that are not close by eg machine and barbell exercises. This would not facilitate fair use if gym equipment and is not really possible in a busy commercial gym - these should be changed 4. You should be able to design your own workout and still use the shreddy weight tracking and timing features, but you have to use a shreddy workout 5. You can’t add exercises, only swap ones already within a workout. Same with sets. 6. When you switch an exercise, it keeps the original exercises rep and set format, which makes no sense if you need to switch a ski erg to mountain climbers or something

App is very clunky. Doesn’t work well at all and constantly freezes even with updates introduced.

The workouts a sporadic, unrealistic supersets and workouts for a busy gym. The works out weren’t challenging or consistent, changing exercises each week. The lay out of the app is annoying and can’t really track weights when you are changing exercises each week. Don’t bother, there’s much better fitness apps out there. To top it off I paid for 3 months without realising it was a subscription and its renewed, I asked for a refund and of course they don’t do one. Big rip off

The app is quite slow to switch workouts and excercises but the platform is so great!

I really enjoy these workouts but to justify paying for the app it needs to actually work! I find myself spending half of the workout trying to get the swaps / entries to work! It constantly freezes, glitches and crashes

I’ve used Shreddy for a few different workout plans, I used it at home during lockdown (2020-22) and then did the Busy Girl Challenge (2024). I love it if you’re wanting a beginner style workout plan without having to think about what you’re doing each day! The community feel is also super fun :) What I will say is that when it was new, the app was super glitchy (wrong timers, freezing, hard to move through the app) and I’d have thought that would be addressed in the 2 years between using it but can confirm it’s still super glitchy and quite frustrating to navigate. So I really hope they address that!
