As a new user search, it is very entertaining is different from usual social medias because it’s anonymous and you can only access it if you’re in college and I love that it has a community only for your college. The only feature I wish they were ad is something where you can see post that you never seen before. I’m not talking about the current tabs that they have but let’s say, for instance if I scroll through a good amount of old post, but not a lot, so on my feed or my main page, it would show Content that I never seen before and every time I hit refresh it would show me posts that I never seen before old or new kind a like Instagram if that makes sense not just going back to one day or five days

No one wants this just give us yik yak back

Harassment and cyber bullying is promoted on this app. The moderators do not care about the so called dog piling outlined in the terms and conditions page. They also allow people to be mean to other people if they find it to be appropriate. Do not expect fairness. It is a horrible app and a breading ground for cyber bullying 😘

Yikyak used to be a lot better, and this is a sorry excuse for yikyak. The inclusion of specific communities is cool but when you can be muted or placed in timeouts for having opinions that other may find offensive it is very damaging.

They suddenly deleted all my posts. I’ve been using this app for over a year and have hundreds of posts.

why cant we also just see communities in our college? why are the communities automatically set where you HAVE to see everyones post globally? There should be an option to see communities in YOUR college
