Quit Smoking Get Healthy

Well I loved this app until it reset on its own after nearly two years of being quit! Really disappointed. I loved looking at my cumulative progress after all this time and now I can’t look back because the app somehow reset. So upsetting.

Downloaded a different app. This one deleted all my progress of the year and a half I’ve been smoke free and wouldn’t let me reset to my actual date. I wouldn’t recommend this app.

It was nice to kno exactly how long I have gone without smoking. But I checked it today and it started from zero.

I love this application but all my data has been erased, please restore😢 UPDATE: Issue still not resolved 10/16/2024

This app was great until it stopped working. I was about to hit 6 months smoke free when I noticed the app reset all my settings. I try to update it and it won’t save. Updated the app and still having the same problem.

App recently reset my quit date and will not let me re-save the info… every time I open the app it basically starts tracking as if I just quit that second, I can’t track any of my progress.

I just decided to quit and downloaded this app to track my progress. Immediately I was impressed by the simplicity of the design and functionality! No ads. No in app purchases. Just a great way to track your progress and earn rewards and improve your overall health!

App resets timer every time you open / close it making it useless

I quit smoking 2 weeks ago and the app keeps randomly resetting itself. I re-entered my quit date in, but it won’t save! 😩😩

Did some sort of update. Wiped all of my progress, now I can’t reset it back to where it was. Every time I open the app it restarts. I really liked it and was getting a lot of use from it, but now I’m going to have to delete it and hunt for something else to replace it.
