An iPad makes for an ideal multi-touch controlled remote and the big screen makes a great bedside patient monitor.

Open SimMon on your two devices of choice and connect via WiFi or Bluetooth. Change the blood pressure, oxygen saturation, respiration rate or heart rate by touching the value and dragging your finger up or down.

Tolle App!!! Einfach und gut zu bedienen!!
Schön wäre noch eine Defi Option beispielsweise am rechten Rand (Energiewahl, Laden, Schock) und Alarmtöne mit entsprechenden Grenzen.
Wenn diese Möglichkeit noch reinkommen würden gibt's 5 Sterne!!

Prima intuitiv zu bedienendes Simulationsprogramm. 
Ich setzte es in der Patientensimulstion ein. 
Die Verbindung via Bluetooth kostet viel Strom, hier könnte man auch WLAN ökonomischer einsetzen

### ****- "Ein guter Anfang mit Luft nach oben."
Dieses Programm bietet in der Simulation von notfallmedizinischen Szenarien eine neue Möglichkeit.
Ein Patientenmonitor mit HF, SpO2, RR, AF kann hier simuliert werden. Die Werte können auf einem Ipad angezeigt werden um aus der Entfernung durch z.B ein andere IPad oder IPhone im selben WLAN-Netzwerk verändert zu werden. Neben der Modulation des QRS-Geräusches bei einer sich ändernden Sauerstoffsättigung können z.B. auch unterschiedlich Herzrhythmen wie VHF oder ST-Hebungsinfarkte eingespielt werden.

Allerdings hat diese Version noch einige Fehler:
1.) Kurven können zwar aktiviert, aber leider nicht deaktiviert werden. Sollte also in der Simulation eine Messeung beendet werden, hat man keine Möglichkeit zeitgleich auch eine Wertausgabe zustoppen. Z.B.: einmal EKG = immer EKG!

2.) Mit der Aktivierung von EKG und SpO2 erhält man plötzlich zwei Pulstöne. Einmal durch die Sättigung in der Frequenz moduliert und einen EKG-Ton. Z.T. Leider nicht synchron, daher etwas verwirrend.

3.) Die Messung NIBP zeigt eine Pulskurve. Also entweder ist eine arterielle Druckmessung gemeint oder es ist falsch. Beide Varianten zur Auswahl wären Super. Dabei sollte in der NIBP-Messung eine Anzeige "Messung läuft" erscheinen und erst dann ein Wert.

4.)
Das Kammerflimmern sieht nach lockeren Elektroden aus, aber ganz sicher nicht nach einer VF. Alle Rhythmen sollten noch mal einer optischen Korrektur unterzogen werden

5.)
Bei Auswahl des Herzrhythmus "VF." habe ich trotzdem weiterhin eine Pulskurve in der SpO2-Messung. Macht leider keinen Sinn.

6.)
Mehr auswählbare Rhythmen wären toll.

7.)
Das voneinander unabhängige Verändern von Systole und Diastole wäre wünschenswert.

8.) Im Menü lassen sich etCO2-Anzeigen aktivieren, die jedoch leider nie auf dem Bildschirmsichtbar sind.

Ansonsten ein super Anfang und auch schon in dieser Version. einsetzbar und seine 8€ Euro wert!
Wer zwei "I-Devices" sein Eigen nennt, der kann hier schon eine gute Simulation erzeugen.

Aber: Für diesen Preis erwarte ich jetzt aber auch das zeitnah Fehlerkorrekturen und Updates kommen.
