Everytime I click on something I’m taken somewhere else or to a blank screen. It’s extremely annoying and I hope you guys fix this soon. Also when I’m in the US, every time I click anywhere it will keep asking me to switch to the US site. Please fix this app already.

It is very hard to shop on the app. Every time I click on an item to look at it and go back it refreshes to the beginning of the page and I lose my place and have to scroll back down to find my spot. Also the virtual assistant keeps popping up and it’s annoying.

My item was broken in shipping and the app doesn’t have any options to properly request a refund. The AI help bot doesn’t provide help for returning broken items. I had to talk to a representative  to find out this option is only available on the website.

In the latest version, you open the app and it gives you some sort of "personalize the app" with a "Continue" button, and nothing else. When you click the "Continue" button (because it's literally your only option), it takes you to their privacy terms and conditions website, which has no option but a big X at the top left, for you to exit back to the app, where you are back on the screen with the "Continue" button. You're stuck in a loop going back and forth between the "Continue" and "X" options. Absolutely no way to use the app. Total failure.
