Worse app ever. I need my money back. The files didn’t send and they charge me money on the spot while they don’t honor their 3 days trial. If the file were faxed I would have no complaint about it but it’s robbing me blind. Stay away everyone .

App has not worked
App has not worker at all and I have not heard back from support team(multiple emails sent).

Can’t send support a message. Doesn’t send fax. Can’t cancel it. Ridiculous. I want out. Horrible app!!
Fax never sent
Clicked send on the app and when I checked to see if it was sent. It says no fax sent. I have sent the fax three times already and nothing is being sent.
Took my money and never worked
I sent 6 very important faxes from this app and not a single one sent! Waste of time and money!

It won’t send a fax!
Does not Work
Paid for a weekly membership tried to fax same fax 10 times! It never sent and kept asking me would you like to save draft! But failed to mention if it sent or if not why it wouldn’t send! Super duper frustrating especially after realizing months later it hadn’t been faxed in the first place. Tried this app so I could get this in asap without heading to a kinkos and now I’m out money and still have to go to kinkos.
