SIMPLIFi, our custom-made and exclusive Job Management system, integrates all aspects of the Claims Management process. From logging a claim, to on-site queries, SIMPLIFi is truly changing the way that we work with everyone in our supply chain.
SIMPLIFi for Engineers is specifically designed to help members of CET’s Emergency Building Repair Network (EBRN), helping you to manage all of your CET jobs from wherever you are, without the need for a network connection.
Key features include:
• Job Notifications – Receive a notification when a new job is available and accept jobs via the app.
• On-site Approval – Request approvals for parts or additional time while at the property.
• Health & Safety – Get alerts before going to the property and submit checks via the app.
• Communication – Contact CET and the Policy Holder via the app.
• Offline Capability – Operate all functions within the app without the need for an internet connection.
• Upload Photos – Before and after pictures can be uploaded via the app.
• Maps – Get accurate travel plans from your current location to the job site.

Update after update the app is even better. Easy use. Real good experience with the App

Useless the end !

Get rid and operate a user friendly app !!! Always crashing the list of issues is exhausting !

Worst App ever

Supposed to work with IOS but is extremely erratic. Does not work without 3G. Cuts off and wipes a job report which means you have to start from scratch

Truly awful

Clunky to use and a gobbler of data With apps like mobilemax or job logic don’t even bother looking at this pos It’

Good set up

App works well for job leasing between all party’s. If there is signal issues then no app works properly and some info I write on another app, copy and paste.

Terrible

Used this app with more than 1 firm, constant bugs, when writing notes as well the save button disappears so occasionally I end up writing everything 3/4 times. When using the parts menu after typing in boiler details you then can’t add miscellaneous items like covid ppe, generic deals, any other related issues. It drains your battery like no tomorrow and the constant push of notifications and vibrating is very irritating.

If there was the option to leave a 0 star review, I would do it. Very little technical help, and when you do, they blame your device.

Very trying

Been with this App from day one and have to say it’s an awful bit of kit. It’s never worked without some sort of issue throughout. I’d send the developer a school like report, could do a hell of a lot better.

Update

Since the app have been updated on iOS for this version the app has stocked working, up can log into the app with your username but then it stays as a white screen and does not load the application for job deployment, tried everything in my control to rectify it such as reboot etc.
