Someone is tapping my app! Now they have disabled my remote! It wil not work all of a sudden. I installed a new battery, and it still will not respond!

If you’re wearing airpods / other bluetooth headphones, expecting to hear camera audio playback through them, you’re going to be disappointed. No matter what, camera audio will always play through your phone speaker and you’re always going to forget and its going to be a disruption wherever you are. It’s so stupid that it’s infuriating.

Me and my family have had SimpliSafe for a while now and the app continues doesn’t let me look at my camera it always says there’s an error but it’s not my wifi because everything else in the house works and our sensory continually break and eat up batteries. Personally have been looking into a new security system.

Listen, if this app is going to be effective, we need to be able to log into it. Our account holder is not one of the three primary users of the system, and we don’t share an email. The whole double authentication going only the account holder email with no way to change is very frustrating. The “back up access code” stopped working, despite that it’s never supposed to change… right? The number of times that I have been logged out for no good reason, or accidentally hit the gigantic “logout” button that appears when the app doesn’t detect an internet connection for a moment, accounts for dozens of unnecessary logins. 

It’s clear that the user interface is not used by those who develop it.

Please fix this so that the app can be functional to multiple users.  We’re stuck on this system, but I’m ready to just give up and pretend we don’t have a security system.

The more they update the worse it gets. Constantly get sensor errors and then sensor restored. Cameras record a very short time. No it’s not my WIFI as I have very good WIFI. Now getting alerts that the camera battery is dead. Close the app and go back in and it shows 9% charged. Today it is showing 5 batteries dead. Time to junk this system. Very unreliable.

My CC # changed requiring me to update my payment method. Logged in, clicked on update payment method, wanted me to open in App Store. Absolutely no path to get to “update payment” screen, ANYWHERE I TRIED. Your web site is broken.

The sensors, cameras, and security system all work great.  My only major pain point is the inability to choose notifications by camera or system. 

I constantly get notifications from my family who have indoor cameras.  I personally hate indoor cameras and dont want to know they even have them, but I cant turn off the motion detected notifications. 

I just want to be notified for my front and back door. Thats it. A system enhancement would be appreciated.

This system never works smoothly and properly, paid so much money for it, the app takes forever to lunch live view, half of the footage is not being recorded due to errors even if the cameras connection to my WiFi is excellent…this is the worst security system ever existed
