I purchased subscriptions and “access all issues” subscriptions from this app at considerable expense. My purchases have disappeared from the app or I have lost access to them. Restore purchases doesn’t work. Looking through reviews, I see I am not the only subscriber with these problems. Despite several emails to Immediate Media, I have been unable to resolve the problem. I would recommend avoiding spending money within this app.
I’ve opened the app today and all of my issues have disappeared. I have a subscription and should have four issues I’ve already downloaded. I am unable to use the ‘restore purchases’ option because it just tells me that they are already restored. Can someone contact me to rectify this issue please?
Simply Knitting mag used to be excellent, with really useful free gifts, but last 6 issues have just been full of baby knits and far too many toys. The ladies garments are not suitable for over 60’s ladies it seems to me the mag is only for young Mothers and their babies. I don’t have andpy kids of any age, but every issue free gifts seems to be baby knits and stupid thick small bamboo needles. For above reasons I have cancelled my subscription.

I bought 2 magazines from this app, I even started woman jumper, but now I cannot open my paid issue, and not only that, it's says I need to pay again to be able to view? Very unhappy customer 😭
Works well most of the time. Sometimes doesn't open straight away. Apart from that, easy to navigate and a good way to read the magazine.
I like the magazine but have been having several problems with the app being slow and unstable.
Great magazine. Only complaint is if you like to download patterns you like to keep (rather than having to keep finding) it puts a timeout. Contacted support and they say it's because of copyright. I can understand this but they need to come up with a way round it. I use knitCompanion app. So I need to be able to create a PDF to use it.
Look forward to each issue. Interesting patterns. Only downside is that there sometimes appears to be waves of different colours coming over the pages
