Don’t normally do reviews, but I use this often enough and the problem was unnecessarily stupid enough to warrant a review. If you have the option to create invoices, you shouldn’t have to have estimate created in the same folder just to access invoices seems like to completely unconnected things going on that for whatever reason we put together in a fashion that is inconvenient. I should be able to create a new folder specifically for my invoices go to that folder and see said invoices not have to transfer estimates from another folder that has a specific place into a non-empty folder just so I can see the invoices. Doesn’t make sense. please fix.

I can’t tell you how many times I would be looking at a potential job and unsure of what to charge. I always want to help people out and do things cheap but at the same time I need to make money so more often then not I would under bid and end up hurting myself and company. That being said. This tool has some bugs still. I went to look at a window x10 replacement job. Basic, remove old, frame up, install new windows, seal and flash. The app has many great features and tools. But it quoted almost 10,000$

Overall the input is helpful and it sales time by generating a detailed breakdown of the scope of work that can be edited as needed. However, is does not enter or generate any suggested pricing estimates. Doesn’t matter that you select your pricing zip code, once scope of work section or complete in the app, the cost estimator page appears and requires a manual entry. Does not save to the estimate/invoice either. Has great potential but not something I would use more than my first run at this time.

I’ve been in my field successfully for about 15 years. This app quoted prices that weren’t even close to what materials actually cost. Did a mock up of one of the jobs I’ve completed. The total it told me to send to a customer was about what it would have cost me to do the project with negative profit. Highly don’t recommend this app. AI can’t replace tradesman.
