SIMULACRA 3 continues the narrative-driven found-phone horror game series. The once charming town of Stonecreek has seen better days. People are vanishing into thin air, leaving nothing behind but strange symbols where they were last seen. Your only lead is the phone of a missing investigator. Armed with a map app and a trail of creepy videos, delve into the darkest corners of the digital realms as you investigate the horrors seen on his phone and in Stonecreek.

### **--- "Still bugged a year later!"
Though not as good as the other two, up to a point it has a decent and interesting story. 
Then comes that point where you try talking to Carin on the chat near the end of the game and it stops working. 
Can still scroll the chat up and down but that’s it, there’s supposed to be a reply option that comes up but it never does and you can’t click on anything else. 

So I have to now google the endings unfortunately and have no idea which one I would have got. 

I tried quitting out the game, going through from the previous save point and doing as much as possible before the chat but that didn’t work either. 
It had a similar glitch earlier on in the game but quitting and loading fixed that one, this one it doesn’t. 

With it now being a year since the last update I doubt it’ll ever get fixed 😢

Much tougher than the earlier games, however I’m enjoying the challenge. My issue with this game is the constant crashes. I have to keep closing and reloading it, having to repeat steps. Very frustrating.

The game won't save properly. Apparently yo need to go to various checkpoints on the game for it to save. But I only clicked off the game for 2 minutes and it didn't save on the screen? It lost all my progress. Absolute waste of money for a game that won't save my progress.

### **--- "I love the Simulacra games but…"
Sorry, developers.. I love the Simulacra series and have played the two so far. Very enjoyable and I really miss the light hearted moments with the other two games. This one feels much more focused and serious, if I’m being honest. I did lose quite a bit of interest halfway through the game but I really liked the camera mechanics and seeing your actions have consequences in real time for Ruby. However, this game is still full of bugs despite it being very early days and my timeline is now stuck on the part of trying to figure out the contact. Thus, being therefore the final clue to unlock ‘The Truth’ unobtainable as I didn’t speak to Carin as I chose to spoke to Damien in my conversation with Ruby. I can’t do anything else and would appreciate a fix as I really want to complete the game! Once bugs and freezing is sorted, my review will change. Thanks much.

Considering this one cost £7.99 I’m unimpressed tbh I’ve loved all the other games and never had a problem but this one is constantly lagging and doesn’t save progress 😫😫 I’ve had to restart the same part over and over because once it’s lagging the only thing I can do is restart the app

Amazing, amazing, AMAZING! It’s impressive, the characters all have a unique style that brings it all together with a great plot and it makes the series even more interesting, if that makes sense? I look forward to seeing more from the SIMULACRA universe in the future!

I absolutely love how the Simulcara games involve a lot more player input than other games of this kind, this puts it into a much higher league than normal phone stories. I get bored just scrolling text and I love how this team has understood that and made sure it incorporates puzzle elements which give you the best of everything. I only wish other games would follow their lead! Absolutely brilliant game, spooky and as always full of surprises. Another happy player! 5 stars ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Edit: I just wanted to add that I absolutely loved that it was a bit harder than the other 2 games and took more thought to solve the puzzles please don’t change this for the next game…. I’m an avid fan!!

I wanted to play this game because I had played the first one and second one finding them gripping and very enjoyable. Having lighter moments with the jealous boyfriend, dating app boyfriend and the elderly policeman trying to work his phone and posting embarrassing videos accidentally. Entertaining stuff as well as the scary entity of Simularca. 

I found this game to be harder than the other two games. It’s more serious, has more puzzles and lasts longer in hours trying to finish the game. I wasn’t expecting it to be like it was. I found it boring and was glad when I finished the game.

### ***** "Kaigan Games with another masterpiece"
Simulacra 3 is a masterpiece and 100% worth the money, the town of Stonecreek pulls you into the story and you build a genuine connection with the characters. I was invested from the title sequence and I was invested until the end of it. Looking forward to play through the different endings and cannot wait to see what Kaigan Games will do next with this franchise!
