为什么这个app比英文星报(The Stars)的app慢很多？

订了好多年的电子报，一开始还好好的。 怎么covid后，我一次续了两年，就开始跟我过不去，程式越来越糟，电子报买了给了钱也看不到

Super lagging app, everything have to wait for at least few seconds to loading, including during logging in. Not user friendly at all, ask to click on something to view the „try view“, but then no „back“ button to go back or „close“ to back to previous screen, the only obtain is the „main page“. Then have to go thought the lagging process again. The „点击订阅” basically is just for display purposes, can’t click on it and nothing happen after click it. I paid to subscript the 星洲人and downloaded this app to read the vip posts and also the 晨信, but this app is just so disappointing.

Very poor app,can’t even open of my purchase !!!

After renew my subscription, i had faced a lots problem to download the newspaper. The apps can’t even connect with my WIFI. I need to delete the apps and re-download the apps. Unfortunately it only last for 2 days. Honestly this is my 4th time delete and re-download the apps.

进入app后点击目录显示App menu not found，重启后也没有办法解决。完全无法登录，也没有办法读报，这样我订阅的意义是什么呢？使用网页版的体验也很差，请改进！

Try the other local epaper like Seehua even it is better than Malaysia largest Chinese newspaper in term of app user friendliness and stability. Please learn from others and improve.

下载了的电子报沒依近期为先排例descending order… 删除是时非常痛苦。

Hi developer, before I download the latest version of 5.0.020, I still can ready the ePaper on my iPad Air 2. Due to sudden network connecting fail, based on my previous experience, I believe it was due to the apps is not updated to latest revision, thus I had went ahead to update. After update, now I see a total blackout, except whole screen is in black. Can you please help to check whether there is any software compatibility issue with iPad Air 2. Thanks

以前的app可以save image， 現在不能了。這個app 很爛。已經跟星洲customer service 説了問題一籮筐，他們只是敷衍了事。完全沒有改善的意思，我不要訂購了。
