From user experience to personalised features, our app is designed to be fast, intuitive and a delight to use.
More features will be progressively added in future updates, but here are some key functions you can enjoy now:
1. Explore, be inspired and get the latest deals on the go
Where to next? Discover the latest fare deals to your favourite destinations. Planning your next destination has never been easier.
2. Search, book and manage your flights
Search and book flights to your next getaway with Singapore Airlines or one of our many airline partners. You can now use your KrisFlyer miles, Apple Pay and Alipay to book your flights and preferred seats. Receive updates on your upcoming trips and pre-select your inflight meals and entertainment. After that, all you need to do is sit back and relax.
3. Skip the check-in queues
To prepare for your trip, stay updated on the latest entry requirements with our travel advisory. Skip the queues at the airport, check in and download your boarding pass* on our app before departure. Select your seats and browse our digital menu to see what’s served onboard.
If you are departing from Singapore Changi Airport, generate your baggage tags on our app* during check-in and track the status of your baggage. Simply scan your mobile boarding pass at the check-in kiosks to print your baggage tags and proceed to the automated bag drop counters to deposit your checked bag.
4. Manage your KrisFlyer account
Log in to your KrisFlyer account to keep track of your KrisFlyer miles balance and expiry, transaction statements and PPS value. PPS Club members can also connect with our customer support team via PPS Connect**.
5. Experience the future of flying
Find out what’s playing on our award-winning KrisWorld inflight entertainment system. Curate playlists on your app and pick up right where you last left off between flights, or view your flight’s progress***.

I had a trip book to go to Thailand via Singapore . Booked 8 months out. But unexpectantly needed to change my flight which included another flight to Turkey. I had no end of trouble but after hours of discussion we managed to get the flights changed. So out of 5 you get a 1 star. Moving on every thing else went well . But the food and wine was average for a premium Economy seat. But the service I found to be perfect so a 5 out of 5 for that. All in all the airline needs a big shake up. Service And Value from the booking side . Start there. After all I did spend over $20 k NZ on that trip.

Very efficient and provides assurance and acknowledgment of us as passengers.

I must say i have travelled with numerous airlines all over the world but Singapore airlines has the worst after sales services and takes the longest to get any refunds so please keep this in mind

Hi Guys. Can it really be that hard in these interconnected times to organise 2 old friends to sit beside each other ? Singapore - Phuket was a completely different row for us. Phuket- Singapore - Auckland, there is no way to organise seating beside each other using either app. I tried all this stuff before we even left Auckland. Both airlines say ‘please see the other airline’. I have the apps for Singapore Air and Air NZ of course, but feel a bit stuck with this situation. Please be more of a Star Alliance and communicate with each other a wee bit more. Individually you’re both fantastic airlines but this doesn’t help either of you to be honest. Singapore airline cancelled my flights last minutes by mistake and offerred no alternative flights. One leg was cancelled 48 hours before departure. Two legs were cancelled 3 hours before departure when my friend was in mid air, 3 hours from landing in Singapore. I had to buy new flights from Brussels to Wellington and it has costed me $6500. The original flight costed me $4200. I called customer service, was on the phone for 3 hours. And they hung up on me. I have the recording proof and evidence of how the itinerary was cancelled by their mistake. The person on the phone blamed it on me and didn’t take responsibility to correct their mistake. I asked for a case number and a copy of transcript and recording so I can keep the records because they refuse to admin their mistake. She said she would and I haven’t not received any case number. It has been a month and a half. I still haven’t received any apology or any refund. And it has been 1.5 months back and forth asking for refund. My flight booking reference is RI9YEC for your internal investigation. Terrible customer service. Will not use them again or recommend to anyone.
