I paid for rm139 for 3 month not even a month i dont received any message from the sitter i am immi need a sitter but none is online and their latest online also not so long ago but none is replying me and i feel having this apps and paying for it just a big waste of amount i would like to req a refund !

the app keeps logging me out by itself and sometimes when i update my profile it resets for no reason

Unable to register due to an address issue, even though the address is correct and the confirmation ✅ is already shown. This is frustrating.

Terrible. You told me to pay to get a client when I did theres no single one replying to me? And then why the distance is not accurate? A gold digger app.

You are paying RM69 monthly simply just to enable send message function However the message/inbox seems to be constantly malfunctioning, either the message cant go in or out, or the sequence got all messed up Looks like a decent platform but the backend team are so horrible. U guys got ONE JOB, ONE FIX YOUR APPS

First time download because it came up in my ads but don't think I'll be using it anymore. Need to pay to even chat with baby sitters, around RM46+/month and they charge you for 3 months straight. Quite ridiculous in my opinion. Because if I don't find a nanny that's suitable then it'd just be a waste of money. Would be better if they instead charge service/booking fees. Have timings of nanny's availability, etc.
