Especially with the whole Microsoft thing aspect of it. Have had issues with it at a previous school etc. It needs to be done better there also needs to be a better contact point.

This is a great professional development app for any business or organization

I really enjoy using this out. It helps to peak my skills and keep me competitive within today’s market.

Content is good, but this app is nothing but problems. It never remembers where I left of correctly, constant scrolling issues, and today it’s stuck on the loading screen. Their software has major quality control issues.

Keeps signing me out in the middle of studying. Even if I saved the study guide by downloading it, the same thing will happen. Please fix.

The mobile app is offline all the time. It looses connectivity every 5 mins. Best way is to use website

Those it’s proven to be useful & effective to have for compliance course. Some courses not being available on mobile is proving to be frustrating cause many of times work requires to be out of office away from laptops & desktops

It’s listed as productivity in categories, but it should be education like similar apps. Would make locating it easier.

Difficult to use when your company has to double verify through Microsoft/Duo. Have had to uninstall and reinstall to make the app work. Plus I have to go through multiple menus to access live courses that I have already registered for.

The in feature that I haven’t discovered is a continue option for courses. I am taking a course that has 5 sections and each section has a 5-8 videos. It would be a lot more easier if you can keep that course loaded on the homepage. As it stands I have to go through the course selection process every time I log in so I can get back to the material.
