## Skinny Jump Description
The Skinny Jump app makes it easy to manage your account – check your balance, top up and renew your Skinny Jump plan when you’re on the go.
 
Manage your account with the Skinny Jump app:

1. Activate your Skinny Jump modem and get connected
2. Top up your account using a voucher or a new card.
3. Renew your Skinny Jump plan- up to 5 times each month.
4. Check your balance to see how much data you have, and how much more you can use.
5. Gift credit to your loved ones who are also on Skinny.
 
Download the app and start making the most of it. The app is free, but just a heads up: You’ll use a little bit of data downloading it, so be savvy and hook into some Wi-Fi if you’re running low on data.
 
*****Handy tips for getting the app setup*****
 
If you are new to Skinny Jump to set up this app you will need to enter the broadband number from your Skinny Jump modem. To receive your Skinny Jump modem and to register for Skinny Jump you need to visit a local Jump partner before downloading this app. To find your nearest partner check out www.skinny.co.nz/jump/. The broadband number can be found at the back or underneath the Skinny Jump modem. 
 
If you are an existing Skinny Jump customer you need to Sign Up to set up the app, your username and password can be the same as your current sign in, but these are not linked.

Trying to help my parents with their Skinny mobile account however this app won’t get past the address entry screen on my iPhone 11 but works completely fine on my partners Samsung Galaxy A33 phone.  App doesn’t work on my other family members iPad 10.2 9th gen either.  Both Apple devices are running the latest iOS updates.  Seems like there is a problem with iOS compatibility?

After downloaded new JUMP app, everything went pear shape. Prompted to sign up even you are an existing customer. Step 2 to type in 6 digits then screen returned to step 1. Now I can’t sign up as the screen said this email address is registered. Terrible!

I haven’t been able to long into this app since I got a replacement modem? Can’t use the same email account so I’ve created new accounts with the same results? Rang the skinny call service and they said to create a new account which I have done several times? What else is there to try? Don’t want to select a star but I have no choice

### *---- "CANNOT LOG BACK IN!!!"
I had attempted Forgot Password when it wouldn’t allow me to login. After multiple failed attempts I then proceeded to get help from a Skinny Team Member.

The Team Member was lovely and had been trying to help me for over an hour and even completely wiping my account twice, but it was no use!

I was told at the end of it that I would receive an Email that my account was ready etc…. It has been over 2.5hrs and still no Email.

I have been without internet access for 4days already which is an inconvenience as I also Work from Home.

Please fix this ASAP!!!

I felt like a second class citizen every time I burnt through 30GB of data, using the website to top up and I’m a bit of an IT Guru! This app makes it so much easier, but you have to SIGN UP again before you can get in to the App!
