## Skoove Reviews in Neuseeland

### ***** "An excellent app"
I’ve tried out the three main piano learning apps this past month and Skoove is my favorite. Pitched just right for adults, playful enough to be engaging without being annoying. I love that you can select a part of a song to loop and practice, and I love that whilst you’re learning, the app slows down to wait for you. A good range of material to learn from too. And one-to-one lessons! Wow! I haven’t tried them year, but what a bonus, presuming they’re included in the subscription? I’ll be buying this app when the trial runs out, thank you for making such a great app.

### ***** "Great app for beginners. I love it ❤️"
So good 👍 love it ❤️👌💕😘😍🥰❤️

### *---- "Not optimised for my phone, no control of personal details loss of functionality"
This app doesn’t optimise for my phone and as I’m unable to update how I access the account - email address or password, I can’t log in on my other device. This means we seem to have a loss of functionality, we don’t know what it’s supposed to be like. We’re stuck using it because I didn’t know it was going to charge me an annual fee. Tried getting in touch with customer service. Their response times are extremely slow for an app that costs so much and their answers are pretty condescending and don’t seem to care. Wouldn’t recommend. Would have preferred Playground Sessions. UPDATE IN RESPONSE to developer: “if you don’t want the free trial to renew…” Since you mention it, I have been in touch and got nothing but patronising replies like this. Thanks for showing viewers how rude the customer service can be 🙃 I had selected a different plan, I made sure to, yet it defaulted to a charge of $280. Quite the difference in what I had selected. You should take a look at the listed pricing and how you charge. It’s quite dishonest. I look forward to getting a response to my last email about the pricing structure. I’m still waiting so don’t expect sending yet another email as you suggest, will speed that up. I have also sent an email previously saying I can’t log into our other device with an email and password. I was told by your people that I can’t log in with an email and password but I agree with you that I SHOULD be able to especially for that price!!!!!!!

### ***** "Slow"
Slow crashes

### ***** "Love it!"
First lesson done, after 40 years of not playing, easy to follow, great interface and feedback
