SkyDRM is a cloud service enables you to protect your sensitive files from unauthorized access and control how these files can be used. It integrates with other cloud services and applications, including your own line-of-business applications and document repositories–whether on-premise or in the cloud. 
SkyDRM uses encryption, identity, and authorization policies to secure your files. SkyDRM protection stays with the files regardless of where those files are located: inside or outside your network, on file servers, or in the cloud. With SkyDRM, you gain control of your files, even when those files are shared with other people.
For example, you can configure a file so that it can be accessed only by people in your organization. Further, you can control whether that file can be viewed, edited, printed, or shared. You can also specify the rights to "share" on the file to prevent it from being forwarded or shared. Using the SkyDRM interface simplifies the process of applying rights protection to files and streamlines the management of authorization policies.

Even if your device is lost or stolen, your files are always protected with SkyDRM. You can also view activity log to track and monitor activities on a file. SkyDRM records all operations (such as view, share, protect) on a file, including the device ID, the type of device used, and the time and result of the operation.
