A convenient way to buy tickets for public transport in Stockholm with SL and get live network service updates.
- Buy tickets and pay by card or Swish.
- Plan your journey with realtime information and buy a ticket for that journey.
- Check for service disruptions and view the next departure from a certain stop or station.
- Manage your tickets and get a receipt for your ticket directly to your email inbox.

The app will use GPS to find your position for trip searches from your location.

My ip is v17.2.1 which is currently the latest version  ip11 but I still can't add a visa card as a payment method because that option is gray out and said "You need to update to the latest version of iOS to use this".
I'm totally confused now? Can you guys fix that?

The QR readers in the buses are a joke. Why are you showing such a small QR code in the app when almost everyone has a huge display on the phone.

Bad payment options (only credit card or swish). Need to go trough credit card verification process every time buying a ticket. (Someone complained about this 3 years ago and still not fixed). Does not remember travel plan if app closes or goes background (sucks mid travel). Warns about ”traffic situations” only in Swedish, even if the app is set to English otherwise. Etc. Etc. Overall 1/5 user experience. Worst public transport app in any big city I’ve been to.

Downloaded the app to use and to my surprise I had to download a 1 star app for adding a payment method. After downloading that app I was request to download a third app for KYC. This started to look a bit too much and realized after a bit of googling that I need to KYC before each purchase. 
It makes no sense to use this for a one day trip.

If you're a traveller who just wants to get from spot A to spot B, it's a whole lot easier and faster to just tap your NFC enabled card at the gates than install this app. If you're in a line thinking it's a quick to set up, you'll be disappointed as you'll have to enter credit card details and then go through the bank's verification process. There's no any instant payment methods like Apple pay. If you want to use Apple pay, just tap your phone instead at the gates and forget about this app.

Me: Seriously, when I add my credit card to my app by verification in the mobile bank I expect I dont have to do it again EVERY TIME when I buy a ticket. Get help. It is not that hard if you want to serve your clients much easier.

Me: Thanks for the answer! Does the new September regulations in PSD2 force to stong identification EVERY TIME when I do the purchase with a credit card that I already have made a strong identification? In my knowledge it is not mandatory after I have strongly identified the card. Think about In App purchases too, if that was the case Apple is violating the PSD2 regulations every second, bcause there is no strong identifications after once doing it with that spesific credit card.
