This app is extremely inaccurate. It will log the time your in bed as you sleeping even if you’re not sleeping. The noise recordings are just static nothing else. It will tell you you had good sleep even if you only slept for an hour, which any healthcare professional will tell you is horrible sleep and if it’s prolonged you need to seek medical attention. Over all it’s just not good at tracking your sleep which is supposed to be the whole purpose. I would recommend the Apple Watch and health sleep tracking instead, it’s a lot more accurate.
I just want to get my proper sleep without a stupid fee??
I only use the free version but it’s not accurate. One night I was up for a good hour and on my phone and the morning when I checked it showed that I was sleeping and actually in a deep sleep which is not correct because I was up, and I know I was up. The only thing it does is let me hear how loud I snore.
Very good sleep app with multiple great features. I have tried dozens of sleeps apps on iOS and this one is the best one!
It’s amazing but I wish there was A tracker that could tell you when you have the most dreams so it will tell you what time you had the most rem or when you had the most dreams but very nice overall
I like the interface and features compared to Sleep cycle. So far it seems more accurate!

I really did not like this app because I keep seeing on my fyp but I didn’t realize you had to pay for it. I hate apps that you have to pay for so I’m only rating this a 1 star
I was in bed from 11pm to 7:30am and it tells me I was only asleep for 3hours and 13min when I know for a fact I was asleep before my 15min gratitude meditation finished, and had vivid, detailed dreams the entire night. I woke up twice to use the bathroom and it detected neither of these, I had been dreaming before each time I got up and fell asleep in less than a minute each time I returned to bed. This is the second time it has given wildly inaccurate data. I will be looking for a different app.
