I like using the Downshift audio tracks to help me fall asleep but with recent app updates instead of stopping after a track has completed (so I can drift off to sleep) the app decides to play the next track which is really unhelpful as I have to unlock my phone to pause the audio

Please restore single-play Downshift audio. This was best part of the app, and it’s rendered useless by the new looping quality that’s **keeping me awake** 😩

The worst company i have ever dealt with. They actually contact my employer and try to intimidate me to buy supplies that I don’t need. I ACTUALLY GOT CALLED INTO THE OFFICE for not sharing information about my “bed partners”!!!???? I wish I could give less than one star!

I keep getting messages to log in and take a survey in the app but the app constantly tells me I’m not connected to to internet.

Tried sleep survey 3x - won’t save then Says ‘no internet connection’ repeatedly when everything else outside this app works fine

Simple and easy to use.

App won’t download after 6 tries.

No matter what you answer on the review they say you need a consultation.

Doesn’t save your email and password and you have to re-enter it. Forgot password process is not user friendly. Has a chat, but nobody monitors it for days.

My login credentials worked the first day I set up my account and I even could use the app; but right now, they suddenly aren’t working anymore for the app (Error message: “Invalid username/password”), so I can’t even log in the app to comment more on its features for this review. After trying several times, I was about to click on Forgot Password, but before doing so, I quickly tried the same credentials (exact password) on my LAPTOP (via a web browser, on SleepCharge.com) and it logs me in perfectly fine on my laptop web browser. So, my credentials are clearly valid; the app needs work to resolve this login issue so it can be useable by the clients. From the limited time I was logged in that first day, it seemed nice.
