I’ve done in clinic sleep study before and since I didn’t get any sleep but somehow reported I had sleep apnea. So I signed up for and completed their home test (which seemed based on shaky science at best) reporting that I have ‘severe’ sleep apnea. So I paid $$$$ to join their treatment. They were quick to take my money, but the therapy has been a course of incredible frustration and disappointment. Slow to respond and ship trial mask (waited 2 weeks to review last one as it never shipped from their warehouse until I call 2 more times requesting update), each one has gotten worse (fits poorly or has some defect or introduces new issues). My conclusion is that for sleep apnea (which I doubt I even have), telehealth is probably the worse approach. After trying several times, I was about to click on Forgot Password, but before doing so, I quickly tried the same credentials (exact password) on my LAPTOP (via a web browser, on SleepCharge.com) and it logs me in perfectly fine on my laptop web browser. So, my credentials are clearly valid; the app needs work to resolve this login issue so it can be useable by the clients.
