I am already finding this app useful and I’m very impressed!! I have been STRUGGLING with waking up and hitting the snooze a million times. It wakes you up slowly so by the time I was conscious I noticed that I could review my sleep that night on the app so it gave my brain something to do that I was interested in to help me actually wake up. Very helpful app
Just a regular alarm app. Calls itself offering guided meditations to try to be different but can’t change voice and only 3 simplistic meditations. ONE for sleep, and 2 others that have nothing to do with sleep. Too many free apps that do the same thing. Don’t wasted your money. Don’t get paid version. Not that much difference for that price.
I enjoy using it but wish I had a few more free options for sounds.
good for sleep tracking and i like the smart alarms
I hate waking up. That’s just the truth. But this app has actually helped that. I actually only need the city birds to wake me up and as a bird lover I’d much rather wake up to birds chirping than a traditional alarm. I also am liking the ability to track my sleep and recognize what may affect my sleep. Overall, amazing app!!!
Good free sleep app
I can empty my head of all the racing thoughts that make it difficult to fall asleep and then wake up so gently with the alarm. Love this app!

They advertise this revolutionary technology that slowly wakes you up and i was excited to use that feature, only to find out it was premium only.
this app SLAPS. I use the base/free version and I love it, ive woken up feeling not groggy it has been a serious blessing HIGHLY recommend it!!
