Why are you not giving enough coins when we run out and you say Watch a video for some. We do and then NONE on all the Games. This means we have to wait 31/2 hours before we can play again..☹️ Thank you.. Marie Another dislike if the Bonus wheel gives me a Wand, and I have no coins, I must wait another 31/2 hours in order o play😫

I don’t want to start over with one unlocked game and no coins. I had every game and millions built up. Disappointed. The customer service support link does not work to try to get them back.

Sunday oct 22 I give slot magic 5 star rating I’ve been playing this game for several years the only one I stuck with it’s so much fun and they give you coins each night the developers always go,out of their way to,help you with a problem for instance I lost my coins once since I got a new iPad and they retrieved them for me and put them back you should try slot magic
I like this game very much, I believe it's very realistic. I enjoy playing it. I had a bug issue, worked with a guy name Ken. He did a great job helping me. Great Support !!!!!! Mr. Gott Recently had some issues with my game again. But again, they took care of everything and quick too !! Great support !!!!!! Mr. Gott I've been playing this game for several years now, the past year the game has changed. The bonuses are a lot harder to come by, you don't hit near as many large payouts as you use to, I have asked them about this and they have assured me that they did nothing to how the game pays out. Sorry, I don't by it!!! The game is still fun to play but unless you want to spend real money on this game, you will run out of coins pretty quick.
I played a different game from this games developer and emailed them about adding more slots. They immediately responded to me with feedback. It was a real person too, not an automated response. They told me to check out this game as it has several slots and other games in it. I would recommend this game and all the games by this developer to friends and family! Thank you!
I just purchased a new phone. I have the premium version. The game would load onto my new phone but my progress was gone. I contacted the support center and they gave me all of my open games back and coins. Thank you very much for your wonderful help! The support center gets 5 stars!!
