A bunch of underpaid worthless developers who can’t do their jobs properly due to incompetency and inadequate skills and talents. Go make another worthless app to “upgrade” this “new” app.

My shopping points is not updated. It is almost 2 months yet my points instead of getting higher, it was reduced! From 37k+ last Jan 2025, now its 17.6k this month (Feb 2025). It doenst reflect my actual spending. I spent almost 50k for the month of Jan-Feb 2025. I do have screenshots and proofs. This is really frustrating. Poor customer service.

### *---- "Disappointed with Prestige Upgrade tracking - Spending not Properly Tracked"
I always use SMAC for my SM purchases and appreciate the point-earning system, but I’m very disappointed with how the app tracks spending for the Prestige upgrade. I have spent well over the required ₱150,000, yet my transactions are not being recorded properly, and I remain ineligible for the upgrade.

I have double-checked my purchase history, and my spending should qualify, but the app does not reflect the correct amount. With no clear way to address this issue, it feels frustrating and unfair to loyal users who meet the requirements.

I hope SMAC improves its tracking system soon because, right now, it makes the Prestige upgrade seem unreliable.

Now 2025, it’s back to zero!

When I updated the app, it automatically logged me out and even though I have my password and username saved, it won’t let me log in. Such a waste of time

I need to pick 1 start in order for me to submit a review. But this app really deserves a negative rating. 
I need to enter my birthday every time I will login and it will ask for my login credentials if I will check my account details and it’s just a loop.  
Can’t believe that the biggest mall chain in the Philippines has the most useless app. 
Bad user experience.  Bad customer service. SM should spare some funds making this app better. 

Also, look at the response of the developer in each review. 😅 So disappointing.
