Small Luxury Hotels

Does not allow you to login. Very difficult to book rooms on the apps. A real let down for the hotels. As previous reviewer said fix your app and make it user friendly.

What a terrible user experience and design. Almost an example of a company needing an app and just creating the bare minimum to tick the box. I am an invited member but just use the website was the app designed by a 5 year old ?

Can’t log in. Looks a good site but useless if you can’t log in to it and see your bookings etc? Stewartmf

Ridiculous app that doesn’t allow you to login as an ‘invited’ member.... so who is this aimed at then? Waste of time.

Same as other reviewers. If your already a member you can’t log in. Makes the whole thing pretty pointless!

As a member of Invited already - surely you should be able to log into your account via the App -but no, only gives you option to ‘join’ - then tells you that you are a member and points you back to main Slh website!!!!! Basic functionality missing - sad as have stayed at many (many) Slh places around the world and they are being seriously let down by this App. A quick fix would vastly improve experience.

No great as I can’t link to my existing account. I can only create a new account. I can’t use my email to create an account as it already exists on my existing account. Poor! I was expecting it to work like my Hilton Honors Account. I can see reservations past stats etc and it allows my to see stays accumulated

I wish I’d read the reviews, I’d already booked and paid for my trip, was directed to download the app and thought would do so to keep a record of my booking. I downloaded the app and only have the ability to re-register, but not access details to my account! Useless for the trip I’ve booked. Will now need to print things out and remember to bring them with me.
