Cant buy the pro version, i tried 3 different cards but all of them are declined, i have money on those cards, i need some support

I just lost multiple years worth of work when I tried to follow the instructions to back up the app so I could put it on my new tablet. Literally everything is gone. I’m begging you guys to use a different app so you don’t have to deal with this.

Need ability to specify shoe type (IE heels, boots, flats, sneakers etc)

I haven’t been able to use the app for more than a year due to your Facebook login being out of date. Please fix it! Anyone who logged in with a Facebook account cannot use the app!

I wish there was an option to archive items I no longer own. I don’t want to completely delete them but I’d like to hide them. Other small things- it would be nice if we could add details like material, and the “auto” option for clearing the background of photos doesn’t work very well so I end up having to do it manually.

I’ve been using this app for awhile now and I love it but now for some reason when I try to search for an item the screen is blank. Also when I click on shop women, shop men, and designer A-Z the screen is also blank nothing pops up. I really enjoy making my outfits on here can you please help. Thank you!

I’ve loved this app for a while now, and have taken the time to curate my entire closet, but for months now I haven’t been able to log in or see anything because they have a Facebook connection issue that that won’t fix! This means all my work is useless and I can’t even get to my looks at all. There is currently no way to link accounts or change login styles away from Facebook. PLEASE FIX THIS!

I do however wish you could add clothes to multiple categories. Overall, well worth the money!!

I’ve been using this app for 3 years now, and I’ve not found another that does all that this one does, so I’ve used it almost every day to help me pick out outfits that work! However, I tried reinstalling it today to see if it would fix some glitch that kept me from seeing any of my images, and I lost EVERYTHING. 😩 It took me forever to get every piece from my closet uploaded and edited, and now it’s all gone. Edited to add: I have now lost my entire closet two times. This app crashes so much.

After using this app for some more time. I have two things that bother me. 1. When using the auto-tool to cut out clothes, it often removes tags/small details. I really want the “fill” option to let us draw them back in from the original picture after using the auto tool, instead of having to sigh and cut out the entire thing by hand to avoid this happening. The fill tool looks like it isn’t functioning correctly at all. 2. We should be able to change the background color for Looks in the look book, and possibly add text without having to add it to our closet to be able to use it.
