Unfit for purpose
The hp 6400 envy has been nothing but a problem since I bought it I have yet to be able to print out a single document without issue It is over complicated and the app is atrocious. The only thing the app is useful for is to try to sell you upgrades I can only presume the upgrades are there to make the printer usable This is the first time I have bought a hp printer and it will be the last Interestingly enough the reviews will not print unless you give a high score. T just tells you the username is taken 1 star

Hopeless instructions
Trying to connect scanner to iPad. Instructions like a roundabout in perpetual motion. Useless. No response from helpline phone number in Ireland. The installation process is totally maddening….
