As I no longer have the physical receipts I can no longer claim these expenses back, so am out of pocket by around £300. The old version of the app was reliable, but version 5 is not. Their support team were initially helpful, but after I pointed out that I already had the correct configuration suggested by them, then pointed out the extent and seriousness of the issues, all I got back was a generic “thanks for the feedback” email.
