Bluetooth
I cannot connect via Bluetooth anymore it is forcing me to use WiFi. This is not what my dehumidifier promised when I bought it.

Good App But 👇🏼
Recently the app only gives notifications (for things being turned on/off etc.) when I open the app. This is annoying and pointless. It didn’t used to happen until about a month ago. It’s a great app but this needs sorting please.
Random Changes
Holiday mode settings repeatedly keep changing randomly. Set number of days required for bathroom radiators only to be changed to different number of days at any time during the day. Poor to useless!
An excellent app to control your smart home
Nicely designed screens make it easy to use the app and control your smart home devices. However, it would be better if portrait format could be used on an iPad as that’s the way I hold it for all uses except spreadsheets.
iOS 18
With the latest update to iOS18, the widget app doesn’t work correctly and shows on when off and vice-versa. Often unresponsive or goes blank. You have had plenty of time to develop a good widget, so it just sounds like poor investment and support.
Not for me
The update ruined it, stupid layout, ridiculously over complicated to turn a few plugs on and off
lost all my scenes!
I updated tot the latest IOS version and now all my scenes are gone, ff sake…
OK but updates break feautures
It’s an ok app, but repeated updates break features. Music Sync no longer works and all the scenes I set up now have exclamation marks on them. Hours of creating automation get wasted because of an update. Tiresome. It’s ok if you just want simple features but it’s no good for anything much smarter than on/off and (sometimes) changing colours.
Devises removed
After spending 25/30 minutes setting up all my thermostats I came out of the app went back in all everything missing. Poor show
Widget not updating bug
The new style widget is not updating when I use external buttons for my devices. Back to 1 star.
