Totally unpredictable
I won’t rehash what the other review said but this is a terrible app and it doesn’t reliably or consistently transfer the readings from the phone to the device

SmartLog: Smart blood glucose management app for iPhone
SmartLog provides the following functions to help you manage your blood glucose.
(1) Connection with CareSens blood glucose meters (Bluetooth)
(2) Manual Input the blood glucose value
(3) Providing various reports that show trend of blood glucose value
(4) Recording information such as meal, exercise, insulin and memo
(5) Sharing your blood glucose data with others by sending email or push service
(6) Sync(or backup) your data with SmartLog Server using "Synchronization" menu in "More" tab
Works with Apple Health:
If you allow Apple Health access, your blood glucose data will be shared with Apple Health App.
If you have any inconveniences or improvement requests in using SmartLog, please contact our Customer Center([email protected]).

Complete disregard for the users
Complete disregard of the users needs, if I had realized how bad every version or update they released to fix the continuous ongoing problems I would have bought another brand and I will never by another product from this manufacturer where another option exists, as other reviews have stated a pen and piece of paper is a better option as at least you can write the numbers down and they are there unlike importing them into the app, some days they are there, sometimes they are there the next day and sometimes it takes days for them to show up. What’s the point!
Hopeless
App will not even open just crashes instantly. This is a genuine inconvenience as there are no other suitable logging apps available!
Hopelessly Unreliable
Last app update says “Fixed app crash”… Um, no you didn’t.
App crash fixed?
up until three days ago this has been working marvellously for the last few years however they said they had fixed the crash. To me since then it hasn’t been able to open fully. And I haven’t been able to access the app since so quite disappointing. Nobody sort of fixed it. Hopefully it’ll get done soon as I haven’t been able to add my readings in preparing to send through to my physician or dietician.
App not working
It was working ok but now it won’t even open when I click on the icon. Is an update coming?
Unable to open app
Useless at present, haven’t been able to Bluetooth pair since I have had this unit Caresens N Premier. Would give it negative stars if able
App works
App now works however the developers did not advise to delete the app then download again, I worked that out for myself.
Fix App Crash? No you didn’t
You broke this last Friday and we’ve had to resort to paper It took you the best part of a week to release a version that is supposed to fix it and it didn’t. It still crashes every time Do you not test this before you just chuck it out onto the App Store? I wish I could give this zero stars
App no longer works
Has stopped working. Starts to open and then immediately shuts down.
