So I drive in, I see it’s a camera recognition system, ok, nice! I park and follow instruction and install the app.
At NO point in time did my parking session show up in the app nor website while parked. I checked right after as well, still not there. 
I also activated autotrekk right after I parked. Not so “auto”. 

Think of how people use your garage.

Appen tar ikke mot Betalingsmiddel fra Handelsbanken ??? Ikke mulig å legge inn debit eller kreditt kort fra Handelsbanken. Ringte Trondheim parkering og fortalte dette.
Hvor de så kunne fortelle at det problemet hadde de hørt før!

Denne appen er bare et stort problem hver gang jeg trenger parkering i Trondheim. Har ingenting bra å si om denne appen eller avtalene den har. Bedre å bruke de nå litt gammeldagse automatene i gata. Mange av funksjonene fungerer ikke ordentlig engang.

Å legge til betaling er unødvendig rotete og lite brukervennlig. Appen gav ikke varsling da parkeringsavtale gikk ut og fikk en irriterende bot. Rett og slett latterlig og amatørmessig

Prøvde å legge inn nytt kredittkort, men appen ser ut til å lagre feil årstall på utløpsdato. Prøvde tre ganger på rad. Samme feil. Gidder ikke å legge inn feil med vilje for at det skal se rett ut i appen, for jeg vet ikke om det er lagringen eller visningen som blir feil.

Prøvde å legge inn AMEX kort, så Mastercard, så gikk det til slutt med Visa. Du må gjennomføre BankID for å finne ut at det ikke fungerer, og du får ikke feilmelding - du blir bare sendt tilbake til skjema der du må legge inn kortet. 

Morsomt å sitte i parkert bil og krangle med appen i 15 min.

This app has an important security bug on the automatic payments of the parkings with camera. If someone else adds your car to the app (like some other member of your family) the system will fail to proceed with the payment and an invoice will be issued with a 32kr fee. Mind that sometimes you get a few invoices together. It means that you have to paid a considerable amount of money in fees. You will never get a warning saying that your payment did not go through. The customer support will decline to return the fees. It’s really frustrating. And what is worse… they refuse to solve the bug arguing that it is your responsibility that other user does not add your car. Insane.

Appen fungerer greit, men det er ikke alltid like lett å få oversikt over abonnement. 
Det burde også være færre notifikasjoner om «fornying» når det kun gjelder automatisk parkering og ikke månedsabonnement. 

Ellers skulle jeg ønske de prioriterte mulighet for å få appen i CarPlay (så man setter parkering fra bilen) og eller Apple Watch. Det kunne vært veldig enkelt på begge to;
- App vil automatisk finne sted og takst
- Bekrefte sted og velge tid
- Start parkering

Å kunne gjort det fra CarPlay (som konkurrenter kan) hadde vært en bra funksjon.

Sender stadig plagsom informasjon om fornyelse av avtale (ikke parkering).Snart blir avtalen fornyet! Snart! Snart! Snart! Mas! Mas! Mas!

Det er vanskelig å se om du sletter en parkering eller en avtale. Jeg ser ingen grunn til at skal bli plaget med risiko for å kansellere en avtale, hver eneste gang en starter appen. Når avtalen er inngått er dette helt uinteressant å vise på forsida. 

Appen tok gladelig betalt selv om det var søndag og fri parkering på det stedet. Dette oppdaga jeg for seint.

Appens funksjonalitet virker... så synd den er så irriterend i bruk.
