I’ve been packaging for 14 years. I think that was also the last time the app was updated.

Why can’t you submit a new benefit, ie packaging a new item via the app such as airport lounge, laptop, etc.

Where do I begjn. The inability to log you in, the confusing process to find transactions, which leads to going to website. Its very poor

Was great, but now that you can’t claim it’s useless. Please please tell us how we can easily claim and don’t say on the website.

The latest update has simply made the app useless. You can no longer make claims etc. Don’t bother downloading until they bother to fix it.

Cannot view transactions as frozen on balance page

The App was working perfectly until the last update. Now when you try to check a claim, in track claims, the whole App locks up. You can’t even return to the previous screen so you have to close the App to use any other function of it.

Since the latest update Cannot access transactions via the App This is most annoying and inconvenient 😡😡😡

App not working very well - longer process to see transactions - very annoying - used to be able to see transactions on app home page but now have to go through a longer log in process to see them - very annoying.

This app needs a lot of TLC. Login doesn’t work or you have to login every time. Sometimes your balance doesn’t show or the balance shows but the transactions button doesn’t work. It’s completely unreliable and ridiculously annoying. Will change salary sacrifice provider as this is not user friendly for 2023 technology!
