Easy to use and navigate through the app

Years ago I bought a Hamilton Island holiday deal through these guys with a cash back offer. I never got the cash back rewards. At the end of the last year my company got these guys to do a show and tell about their services and I pointed out that this happened. I pointed out that there is no way to get in touch with them when something goes wrong like what happened to me and they said to get my company to contact them with the details and they would look into it and help me, but they’ve been ignoring the several attempts my company has made to get help on my behalf. Their support for customers when something goes wrong is non-existent. It’s pretty much impossible to get a hold of these guys. Be very careful and stay away from their Earn cash back rewards etc.

Can’t do quick buy on existing card payment method and cannot purchase anything through this app at all.

The app is easy to use and extra handy now I can pay with Apple Pay.

It's hard to find what I'm looking for. Checkout process could be simpler. Blocking the app until I install update is very annoying. Especially when I'm already on checkout and need to pay, but can't buy a gift card quickly.

First time using and it was easy and quick saves $42. Fantastic

The app (web site etc.) is so frustratingly painful to use I’ve essentially given up therefore missing out on whatever “rewards”. Just not worth the pain.

The app on apple device is very poor, multiple issues logging in and changing addresses, try to use quick buy and works intermittently

Each time I try to make the payment and wait for the bank code to come through it freezes and nothing happens! Defeats the whole purpose of the app on the phone!

Worst app ever - constantly flash exits, and often have to validate signing in using email address and passcode emailed… and guess what, theres also unknown cause of “something is wrong, please try later” when trying to pay using cashback balance and credit card!!!!
