App no longer boots up since around November. Just sits on the start up screen.

The app is terrible. Always crashing and very un-user friendly

The app is setup in a way that if you have any issues such as your card saved has expired, you get locked out. To be unlocked requires sending photo ID and takes days. So frustrating when there is zero risk to SmartSpending or yourself with Applepay and face recognition. Lots of improvement needed to make it more user friendly.

A decent app to search for discounts & reasonable number of companies included. Display works well on iPhone screen (text good size & no awkward scrolling). Apple Pay is really good.

The app’s offers span all locations in the UK rendering it mostly useless everywhere. The complexity and effort of finding and getting what you want from it far exceeds the benefits. For example, in order to buy Vue cinema tickets, one has to figure out which of the 9 tiers of cinemas their cinema is in and then figure out out which of the three tiers of tickets map to which of the 2 tiers of vouchers that they’ve got. Took me half an hour to realise I’d be saving 30p per ticket. Other benefits are of a similar nature. I wish my employer simply increased my pay by a few ££ instead of wasting money and energy on this.

Shouldn’t have no iPad app in this day and age. Otherwise savings are good and a few bugs in the app but overall good

Easy to use and especially easy to save lots of money. Don’t know what I would do without SmartSpending now.

Vouchers take a long time to arrive, app crashes, end up paying twice

App keeps hanging with a white screen! Fairly annoying when you’re trying to buy a voucher. It’s happened several times lately… good and very useful when it does work but frustrating when it’s really glitchy!
