Acquis pour piloter la TheFrame car la télécommande physique n’est pas rétroéclairée (pas malin pour un produit soit disant haut de gamme) peu ergonomique et surtout qui régulièrement ne fonctionne pas: besoin de faire un reset.
L’app est encore pire, si on peut piloter certes toute la domo, l’accès à la télécommande via l’app est une plaie (plusieurs steps depuis l’écran principal de l’iPhone) et une fois sur la télécommande les touches principale n’apparaissent pas par défaut et il faut là encore naviguer. Ex: c’est la pub, le son de la télé augmente, on veut baisser, impossible de mette la main sur la télécommande physique dans l’obscurité, l’iPhone en main il faut alors 10s pour atteindre les boutons de volume. Insupportable. Proposez au moins aux utilisateur de personnaliser leur tel dans l’app et de commander le son via les boutons de volume du téléphone comme je le fais pour contrôler mon streaming sur les enceintes ou écouteurs.

L’application fonctionne bien, mais l’ergonomie complique son usage. À chaque ouverture, il faut réactiver la télécommande et resélectionner la TV, ce qui rallonge inutilement le processus, surtout en utilisation répétée. Parfois, le chargement est long ou des pop-ups apparaissent, ce qui rend l’expérience frustrante. Il serait vraiment utile de simplifier l’accès à la télécommande pour une navigation plus fluide !
